The hotel is in the heart of the old town which is a great location to be in. The hotel staff where very helpful and gave me a late check out and allowed me to leave my case in a secured room until I needed it. I thought it was good value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel sent someone to pick up us from the railway station and it was very kind of them. The location is very convenient place and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. There's a terrace where one can order food and enjoy it and there's free water and black tea whenever one needs. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel is great, 3 minutes away from the tram stop to/from domestic airport and otogar (bus station). The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Ideal to stay 1-2 nights. Very clean bedding and comfy matrasses.

The location is perfect and the staff was amazing and very friendly. They helped me when I faced a problem with charging my mobile phone and offered helpful solutions. There’s an elevator and a small shared area with free tea and coffee.

The room was large, bright and well furnished with a small refrigerator. A big tree in front of the windows. I think it was second floor or the first one above ground where the reception is and the second apartment in from the entrance. Staff extremely nice and helpful, especially the overnight worker who was an angel. He tried to get me a quieter room but that was not available. Close to many restaurants, shops and a few minutes walk to Old Town and the waterfront so a good location other than the noise. Fast WI-Fi which is hard to find in a hotel.

Very centrally located with a 10 minute walk to the waterfront through old town. It is on a very busy plaza with access to restaurants and shops and a pedestrian walkway. I loved the big bright windows with a view of trees and the room was large and well designed with a comfortable chairs and desk and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were always extremely nice and helpful especially the man at night who is an angel!

Great location! It will not be that noisy as in the down part of the city that is close to the sea. The reception team is ready to help anytime.

Fine place to spend a night and move on. We chose it because of the location near the tram station to come from airport and sleep between the flights.
